Electronic games have a significant impact on dreams

Video games are one of the most popular electronic entertainment media across the world and particularly the middle age groups, young, and this prompted a researcher Jayne Gackenbach, Grant MacEwan University in Canada to conduct a study in this regard, but the results of this study came a surprise.

Study researcher Jayne Gackenbach also indicates that the gamers harcores have the ability to control their dreams and are less likely to nightmares during sleep, which is explained by the scholar in his study, the fact that these people are more prepared to cope with anxiety during sleep and overcome.
